"Annual End of Year Donation Appeal"

This is the time of the year when we do our end of year annual appeal. Many of you know we received a large bequest to our treasury but that money is invested for the club’s future and large projects as needed. If you heard the past few treasurer’s reports, we are running at a loss as prices of everything have gone up from utilities to speakers, thus our annual holiday appeal. I know times are tough for many of us tight now but if you can make a donation, it would be appreciated.

This is done on the same night as the holiday party, Monday night Dec 15th along with the party. The membership has always been very generous on this night. This is a way for you to support the club and its projects. On a table in front of the podium, there will be basket and special holiday envelopes. Please bring a check or a few extra dollars to contribute to the fund. Put the check or cash in the envelope and drop it in the basket. If you donate cash, please put your name on the envelope so you can get the tax deduction and thank you card.

If you will not be at the Holiday Party feel free to mail in your end of year donations in any amount to Susan Mosser Fund Chair at 173 Central St-North Reading, MA 01864.

Checks must be dated by Dec 31, 2025. If not attending at the club and you have a few extra dollars you can mail the check in or make a donation via PayPal online. The Donate link can be found on the home page –top of the right-side column. If you do donate using that link, please drop me a quick email-donation made as I do not get notification from the site that it was done and I do not check the PayPal account that frequently. Your donation will be totaled in and name plates for total donations will be made or moved to a higher level on the Patrons Board in the back hall as the amounts accumulate.
