"How to Wow the Judges & Your Friends"
by Sarah Musumeci, MNEC-MA
Monday, January 5, 7:30 PM

This teaching presentation is an entertaining and informative show about taking images that ‘wow' yourself, your fellow photographers, and the judges. It is a compilation of guidelines that we often forget about when out in the field. Our speaker Sarah Musumeci, MNEC says that after having been involved as a judge, and a camera club member for a number of years, she find that she sees many of the same problems arise over and over again, in all clubs and at all levels. This program will point out these common weaknesses, and then give some simple solutions to avoid these difficult photograph situations that come up in your shooting and in post production. The presentation has approximately 120 images in it, both good and bad as examples that depict the points being made. Speaker’s notes will also be available the night of the presentation.

Our speaker is a member of the Merrimack Valley Camera Club and has been taking photos for most of her life, but in the last ten years her passion has been Architectural, Travel and Portrait photography. Having had thirteen magazine covers, she has also had much experience in the editorial world. She was honored by the New England Camera Club Council-NECCC- as a Master Member for her contributions to photography throughout New England in 2009.

A highly sort after speaker and judge, she has presented numerous programs at various camera clubs throughout New England and New York. A multi presenter at the NECCC Photo-Conference, she has also been a presenter at the Photographic Society of America’s-PSA- annual conference.
