Our speaker Kathleen Clemons and this presentation has been requested for over two years since she presented and did a photo-ops session at the NECCC conference, but we were unable to work out a date that was open for the speaker and the club.We are glad that with Zoom we have been able to book her to present GLPA

Known for creating painterly photographs, Kathleen shares the various techniques utilized to create this effect, both in camera & in post-processing. From selective focus to multiple exposures, intentional camera movement & textured backgrounds, learn the methods she uses. Start seeing beyond the obvious & be inspired to try these techniques.

Kathleen Clemons is an award-winning photographer, teacher, speaker, author and workshop leader from the coast of Maine. Primarily a nature photographer who specializes in photographing flowers, Kathleen is known for her creative use of natural light and unique, artistic photographs.

Lensbaby has named her the ‘Georgia O'Keeffe of Lensbaby Flower Photography’ and her work is represented world- wide by Getty Images and several other agencies.

Kathleen teaches online classes as well as many location workshops and seminars and is on the instructional staff of the Santa Fe Workshops and Gather Academy. She has also filmed instructional classes for Craftsy, CreativeLive, Lensbaby University and is the author of ‘All About Textures’.
